Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Place your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring they are free of pet hair, odors, or signs of wear.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
